Grace and FM3IS began the first segment of this special topics show with a discussion of the trend report researched shared by public, private and non-for-profit organization projecting between 30-70% of the current facility management (FM) workforce will leave the workplace within the next 10-15 years. The remainder of this special topics show afforded an opportunity to express a few thoughts and offer several strategies on how FM leaders can mitigate the erosion of human intellectual capital from their FM organizations.
