FM3IS Successfully Completed Inaugural Venture in the GCC Region


In partnership with LEORON Professional Development Institute, FM3IS successfully completed it's first business venture in the Gulf Coast Countries (GCC) region.

FM3IS personnel developed the instructional design content and SVP Thomas L. Mitchell, Jr., CFM, IFMA Fellow delivered the Facility Management Foundation (FMF) course at the Jubail Technical Institute from 21-24 October, located in the city of Jubail, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The focus of the FMF course was to present authoritative research content, facilitate discussion on relevant examples, examine case studies, and engage in learning exercises, whereby participants demonstrated their comprehension of how the application of facility management operations and maintenance, planning and project management, finance and business, leadership and strategy, and technology can maintain and boost business operations in an enterprise.

Mr. Mitchell fully engaged twenty five (25) delegates from the Royal Commission of Jubail & Yanbu using immersive learning techniques to facilitate the following outcomes:

- Preparing for Facility Management entry

- Contractor coordination and support

- Technical judgement

- Problem solving

- Financial awareness

- Contract management awareness
